The fourth general meeting of the POP3 project took place on 12 and 13 November 2025 via video conference. Holding it virtually allowed all project members to participate. With a large number of performance analysts in attendance, it was an ideal environment for productive discussions and interdisciplinary exchange.

The main topic of the meeting was a discussion of the status of the different work packages and how the recommendations of the interim project review will be implemented. The meeting also included an internal training session on how to structure a performance assessment, as well as in-depth discussions on the POP methodology, particularly with regard to homogenising metrics, names, and formulas.
