Instructors from the POP partners JSC, UVSQ and IT4I supported the 50th VI-HPS Tuning Workshop, which took place at Gesellschaft für wissenschaftliche Datenverarbeitung mbH Göttingen (GWDG) in Göttingen, Germany, from 31st August to 04th September 2026. This was the first workshop of this kind hosted by GWDG, and the third this year. For the schedule including the presentation slides can be found on the workshop website.

Participants were given the opportunity to experiment with the tools on the CPU and GPU partitions of the Emmy and Grete systems at GWDG.

Feedback was positive, with the participants and local administrators praising the usefulness of the tools, which have all been deployed on the GWDG main cluster.
